Ordering and shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Thereafter, standard domestic shipping in Australia is usually 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (shipping times are typically extended during the peak holiday season). Standard international shipping is usually 7-21 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are able to ship to most countries, with some exceptions.
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or additional taxes. Shipping costs charged by Drivn Nutrition do not include customs duties and taxes, and these additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard domestic shipping in Australia on orders over A$100 is free.
International shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and shipping speed selected, and excludes applicable duties & taxes which will be calculated in your cart.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped by us. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder before reaching out to info@drivnnutrition.com for help.

Product
What is the shelf life of the product?
If stored under recommended conditions, the expiration date for Drivn Nutrition electrolytes is 2 years after the manufacturing date (which is printed on a sticker on the underside of each container). If a product has been opened (the seal has been broken), we recommend consuming that product within 60 days of opening.
Where are Drivn Nutrition electrolytes made?
All of our products are made in Australia.
How many servings of Drivn Nutrition electrolytes should I consume each day?
The optimal number of servings per day will vary based on the individual given their nutritional habits, activity levels and sweat rates during sport.
Clinical data demonstrates that targeting at least 4-6g of sodium, 1-3g of potassium, and 250-500mg of magnesium throughout the day from various sources, ideally from predominantly whole foods, is probably ideal. Note that you may have to increase these electrolyte numbers (especially sodium) if you are following a ketogenic diet or sweating heavily (due to endurance exercise or sauna use).
We encourage people to become familiar with the symptoms of electrolyte deficiency and adjust their electrolyte supplementation based on the prevention of these symptoms.
For most people, 1-2 servings per day (1 first thing in the morning and 1-2 servings before/after intense exercise) may be optimal, depending on their activity level. Others may consume more.
Refunds and exchanges
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your Drivn Nutrition products, you can request a return for a replacement or refund within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unused) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return your order:
- To start a return, contact us at info@drivnnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.'
- We'll then refund you, asap. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Unless your products are damaged, faulty or we sent you the wrong goods by mistake, we will ask you to arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is best to inform us of any damage to the products within 3 days of delivery, ideally by sending us a photograph so we can raise this with our fulfilment partners.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are in place to allow our loyal customers to receive discounted pricing (10% off) with automatic delivery.
If you pay up front for a subscription of 6 months or more, then you will receive a further discount of 15% off your order.
To create a subscription, select “Subscribe & Save” when adding a product to your cart. Subscriptions will renew every month by default. Once an item is placed on subscription you can self-manage your delivery schedule by activating your Drivn Nutrition account.
You will be sent a separate email after you make a subscription purchase to activate the account. Alternatively, you can create or login to your account here.
How do I change the flavour in my subscription?
- Log into your account, and go to "Manage my subscriptions".
- Pause the current flavour.
- Add the new flavour you want to subscribe to.
- Complete the remaining details for your next subscription order. Complete the process by clicking "add product".
I'm unable to login to my account
Go to https://drivnnutrition.com/account, select Create Account and follow the instructions. If you need further help, get in contact with us at info@drivnnutrition.com or through the contact us page on this website.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Reach out to us at info@drivnnutrition.com with some information of what went wrong and we'll do our best to resolve the issue for you.
General FAQ
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Make sure to check your shipping and billing information when using express checkout methods.
How do I check the status of my order?
After buying a product you will automatically receive an email with a confirmation of your order. You will later receive a tracking link by email when your order is fulfilled. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Are Drivn Nutrition Electrolytes sold in physical stores?
